HD Photographs of Roofs
Julian Wilkins & Co Chartered Surveyors undertake RICS Hombuyer & Building Surveys on houses and flats throughout West Sussex.
When buying a property, particularly an older building or perhaps a building that obviously needs more maintenance than usual, it’s a good idea to get as much information as you can, and an independent survey is essential.
Both the RICS Homebuyer Report and RICS Building Survey include a visual inspection of any pitched roofs from the ground (with binoculars if necessary) and any single storey flat roofs from 4 metre high ladder.
As an addition to both reports, we can now offer to take High Definition photos of the roof from an 11m (33ft) long telescopic pole.
