Your valuation report will be sent as a PDF via email within 3 working days of the inspection. You can then forward the report directly to Homes England as part of your loan redemption process.
Please note valuation reports are valid for 3 months. If your transaction does not complete within that time, an updated report may be required. We’re happy to advise you on this if needed.
