Christopher Clarke, MRICS

Christopher joined the practice in 2017 and focuses on lease extension and enfranchisement valuation and negotiation, the purchase and sale of freeholds, Party Wall Awards, Homes England Help to Buy valuations, Shared Ownership valuations and Level 2 RICS Survey Reports.

Most recently, Christopher has successfully completed Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence which is a Level 7 BTEC Award equivalent to a Masters Degree.

Christopher qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2022 following successful completion of the RICS APC Residential Pathway and the University College of Estate Management 900 hour RICS course.  He has been an RICS Registered Valuer since 2017 having attained the RICS Associate qualification in 2012.

Christopher has previously worked within residential and commercial estate agency and property management for 25 years with experience in both the private and public sectors in the Greater London, Surrey, Hampshire, Kent and West Sussex regions.

Christopher is a self-confessed computer geek and science-fiction fan and when not at work he loves to spend time with his family, ride big motorbikes across Europe and also to help organise and fundraise for a village festival.
