Julian Wilkins, MRICS
Director
Julian undertakes residential survey and valuation work with specialist knowledge and a wide range of experience in all matters relating to Lease Extension and Enfranchisement. This includes extensive experience acting as an Expert Witness and representing clients at First Tier Property Tribunals. Julian is a RICS Accredited Expert Witness, one of less than 100 worldwide.
Julian studied Valuation and Estate Management at Bristol Polytechnic and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992. After starting his working career in the public sector, Julian subsequently worked for larger corporate surveying practices prior to setting up his own professional practice specialising in residential survey and valuation in 2006. Julian has undertaken in excess of 10,000 surveys during his career and is a full member of ALEP (The Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners).
Away from work, Julian enjoys time with his children and is a keen dinghy sailor regularly racing in a variety of different classes. He is also passionate about Alfa Romeos and regularly uses his 1960’s GTV for work!
